November 5th is New Jersey's Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Day. Today, more than 4.5 million Americans live with this disease, and by 2050 it is estimated that this number will jump to 16 million. Chances are that a family member or someone you know already has been diagnosed with this disease. The good news is that there are many services available to provide guidance, support and care. A public service of the U.S. Administration on Aging, the Eldercare Locator connects older Americans and their caregivers with sources of information on senior services.
